What if I don’t have any experience with a Jet Ski?

No experience? No problem! We will go over all controls and show you how to safely operate the Sea-Doo’s. Beginners pick it up in a matter of minutes and you’ll feel comfortable in no time. Drive mode settings change the acceleration and top speeds for riders that want to get used to the skis before unlocking their full potential.

Are they good for kids?

Absolutely! While kids are not allowed to operate the skis themselves, they have a blast as passengers or on the towable. Approved operator age is 16 and older.

What kind of Jet Skis do you rent?

We use 2021 Sea-Doo GTI SE 170’s. These are not low end, basic skis. Most rental companies use smaller skis with 90 or 110 horse power motors, and you’ll fly by them with our 170 HP skis. They also have extra features like brakes, mirrors, Variable Trim System, boarding ladder, and more comfortable seats.

Are the Jet Skis fast?

Short answer: YES! These skis are capable of 55+ mph speeds. There are 3 settings that adjust top speed as well as acceleration.

Eco Mode - This will slow acceleration and limit top speed to 35 mph. Helps save fuel and is great for beginners till they get the hang of it.

Touring Mode - Designed for general use. acceleration isn’t full power but you can go full speed of 55+ mph.

Sport Mode - Once you’re ready for the full experience, set it to Sport Mode and feel what these skis are capable of. No limits on acceleration or top speed, just make sure you’re hanging on tight!

What do I need to bring with me?

Things to consider would be swimming attire and shoes that can get wet, sun screen, a small cooler that can fit in the front storage, and sun glasses to help with the wind while you’re riding. We will provide you with necessary equipment like safety kits, life vests, and fire extinguishers. We also have dry bags and phone cases for your convenience.

Will I get wet?

While it is possible to stay mostly dry, you should plan for the possibility of getting splashed or even falling off. Dress appropriately and store items you want to keep dry in the dry bags and cases inside the storage areas. All passengers need to be physically able to pull themselves back up on the jet ski in such event they do fall off, or after swimming or using towables.

How old do I need to be to rent?

The primary renter must be 21 or older and have a valid driver’s license. This person needs to read and sign the waiver/contract and is responsible for the machines, trailer, and all equipment.

How does the deposit work?

There is a refundable $1000 deposit for the skis and trailer. You will need a credit card to make this deposit when you sign the contract. Cash will not be accepted for this deposit. Any costs beyond the deposit amount are still the responsibility of the renter. The deposit amount will be refunded when all equipment is returned undamaged and can take up to 7 days to post to your card.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time we accept payment through Venmo or Cash App. The security deposit must be made by card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) at time of pick up.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any reservation cancelled more than 72 hours in advance will be fully refunded. If you need to cancel within 72 hours of your rental your $150 reservation deposit can be applied towards a future rental and is valid for 1 year.

What do I need to tow the trailer?

The trailer fully loaded weighs roughly 2,800 pounds, so you’ll need a Class 2 or higher hitch and a standard 2” ball. Make sure your vehicle is capable of towing 3,000 pounds or more and has a flat 4 wire connector for the lights. The trailer tongue height should be between 14 and 24 inches from the ground to the ball. Trailer size is approximately 8.5 ft wide and 16 ft long.

What time can I pick up the trailer and drop it off?

Pick up is 8:00 am on the first day of your rental and drop off is at 5:00 pm on the final day. Prior night pick ups, early pick ups, and late drop offs are possible based on availability, contact us and we can work with you.

Do you offer insurance?

Due to the nature of the industry, rental insurance does not exist, and Arizona Action Rentals LLC does not offer insurance against damage to the machines, persons or property. It is the responsibility of the renter to maintain proper safety while operating the jet skis.
